The book is in original cloth with gilt flying witch illustration to front cover and embossed decorations to the book spine but somewhat faded. Gilt edging on all three edges of the book blocks.
The book is good condition considering its age. Book spine has slight nicking at spine ends. Binding is slightly shaky, tissue paper between frontispiece and the title page is missing all pages are clean with no writing or drawing but do show some spotting and yellowing due to time.
