The book is in original cloth with gilt illustrations to front cover. Gilt edging to pages. It is in excellent condition considering its age with coloured figures of all the species. However it does not come with dust cover. All pages are clean, there is no writing or drawing or missing pages except for some scribble in pencil on the inside front page as shown in the last photo.
